We all are so fortunate, and we need to help those who need it!  Like Obama said in his State of the Union "we need to have each other's backs."  Personally when I look at poverty and hunger in America I really don't understand why such a great country could have so many in need?  We need to take better care of our fellow countrymen!  Here is an opportunity.  BTW students want to help the homeless, and they are asking for donations.  You can bring up to 5 items and get 5 extra credit points for each item!  Bring me the donations, and we will make a BIG donation!  Here is a description of the donation and all the details:
You may have noticed the signs throughout the building for Project Help the Homeless. We have dedicated BTW students that are doing what they can to help those in need. They are asking for donations of clothes, coats, cold weather clothing items, shoes, personal hygiene items, etc to donate to the homeless. They have put donation boxes around the school and are asking for faculty/staff and student participation in helping secure these items. The donation boxes can be found in the main office, library, the Safe Team room, counselors’ office, etc. The items will be emptied each Friday afternoons.
