I cannot wait to read this book!  Lincoln is my favorite president!   He was the right man for the job! He could see the consequences and impact of his decisions.  I believe most forget he was a  lawyer before president.  They found the manuscript of his last trial and turned it into a book!  Here is a review of the book:

Gayle King asked many famous people to write a note to their younger self!  It is full of Life Lessons!  Gayle King said her favorite letter was Tyler Perry.  He basically said everything he is going through now is going to lead   I saw Oprah and she said everyone she has asked what would you tell yourself?  She said everyone says in one way or another Relax  - it will all work out!

April 2018 Teacher Walkout - This is Democracy!

For Nine Days Teachers, Parents, Students, and Education Supporters showed up to the capital daily by the thousands to demand more funding for Education Funding!!!  The support and reaction is overwhelming!  When I truly think about it I want to cry!  Oklahomans were demanding their government fund education!  Here is one of my favorite pictures from those  nine days.  Teachers  in the galleries waiting to talk to their representative:

On the first day they had 30,000 people at the capital exercising their rights as citizens!  On the last day there were 80,000 people in attendance!  Teachers were so creative.  Here are some  of the BEST signs!
