This was on my Oklahoma bucket list!  My grandparents live in Ardmore, Oklahoma and when we go visit we always drive by it!  A few weeks ago we went to Ardmore, and my sister pulled off suddenly!  I quickly realized where we were going!  I was so excited to see this waterfall up close and in person!  This is the largest waterfall in Oklahoma!

Delete Your Social Media

This is a radical thought I know!  I love my smart phone, and I believe our society makes us want to have a smart phone!

But a lot of informed and educated people have come out and say Social Media is dangerous.  As  a teacher I can say phones are a distraction! Experts are saying Social Media causes one to be more angry, socially awkward,  anxious, show addictive behavior, and makes you feel like a failure!

Maybe we cannot quit or delete Social Media, but we can limit it!!!!!
