Understand not Memorize!

AP US History teacher all stars  highly recommend this video to help learn new content!  Of course I had to watch it right away!  It is brilliant and I see why he recommends it!  This video talks about the importance of understanding!  How it is different from memorization!  He really talks about active recall!  Below is the book he recommends to all students!

WW1 Trench Warfare

A  movie coming out about WW1 is 1917!  I truly cannot wait to see this!

One thing that I find comforting is that in AP US History for the World Wars you just need to know what is happening in America - the Home Front!
