A fantastic film about America's first military response to 9-11 is 12 Strong! The film follows the first team into Afghanistan to defeat the Taliban. The military knew 9-11 was orchestrated by Bin Laden, but the Taliban was the muscle. For APUSH this is a great film to watch due to need to know this topic that is outlined in Period 9!
