February is Black History Month! To celebrate this month every this day in history will be a moment in black history. Also I will highlight moments in Black History.
Marian Anderson
On Easter Sunday 1939 Marian Anderson sang at the Lincoln Memorial in D.C. She was the BEST singer in the world and the Daughter's of yhe American Revolution denied her singing at their venue. So members in the government organized a singing at the Lincoln Memorial.
